Hi Guy's
I agreed to help out a couple of friend's with their machines listed above. They are not much for mechanics, so i was going to give them the once over before we go out for the season. i am a owner of a doo so the Yamaha's are new to me. They only put on a few hundred miles last year after the shop did the preseason. I was going to pull and clean the carbs (jets, slides and bowl's) . blow out the clutches and set defection. Check chain case oil. check sliders and carbides. I already told them shocks needed to be rebuilt, but they don't want to go there right now. Grease steering and suspension. What else should I be looking for on these machines. Thanks for the input. Jeff

I would clean and adjust power valves, do a search on here for pv cleaning, ton's of good info, sounds like your off to a good start 

I would like to have the 03 srx, they are very rare, it may even be a one of a kind.....
