Has anyone found a printable stud pattern template online?

Nope and you would have a problem with paper size etc.I would just buy one you can use it forever.They range from $10-$20.

I've made several out of scrap pieces of formica. You can come up with exactly the pattern you want.

I made a template out of cardboard and offset it slightly as I went along so the studs would get different lines in the ice. The studs I bought came with a diagram as to recommended studs per row and patterns for 120/144/192/etc.
