9/64= .1406
Which gives you a wall thickness of .0468
So if you found 3/16ths tubing w/ a wall thickness of .035, you shouldn't even have to drill out the I.D..
This DOM tubing is stronger than stainless anyway.

Thanks to the guy who originally posted this. I have a 01 SRX and all 3 valves pulled through. This was a simple fix and worked really well!!
