Yamalube Prices

Hey everyone. I'm just curious to see how much everyone is paying for their yamalube. The cheapest i have found it is $17 and the most expensive is about $20.
 
I use Amsoil, it's about the same as Yamalube which I was getting Yamalube for $19-20 a Gal.
 
They still sell that stinky stuff. LOL It is up yo like 21 or 22 at the local dealer, amsoil interceptor is 26 with no stink. You know what I am running. Maxdlx
 
Yammy Lube!

I can get yammy lube for 19.95 a gallon here in ontario Canada.
A buddy of mine took Yammy lube in to a lab for testing last year. It is a semi synthetic low ash oil, made by pennzoil. Anyway's after he recieved the results, he doesn't use it anymore. He also had amsoil dominator racing oil (sythetic) and castrol r2 sythetic tested. He told me, these other two oil's exceed the yamaha lube in wear protection,visicoty break down by a fair margain and are a superiour quality of oil. I'm really considering pumping the yammy lube out of my sled and using amsoil or castrol, especially since I found one stuck power valve recently (2200 miles using yama lube). Anyone have any suggestions! I have always used manufactures oil. Will the valves still stick using sythetic oil from castrol?
 
I Use Petro Canada Snowmobile Injection Oil. I Think Its Awesome. Ive Read The Specs On It. Its Refined From Pure Base Oil And Has Tc W3 Additive. No Ash Content. And Is Good For -70. Of All The Oils I Have Used This Runs The Cleanest. And It Is About Three Dollars A Litre. Try It Guys Youll Love It.
 
I paid $17.80 a gallon.
As far as this oil is better than that or whatever, Ive heard it all.
Iv heard all the claims made by all the oil mfgs.
I'll stick with Yamalube. If Yamaha is willing to put their name on the oil it cant be a bad oil.
I will NEVER again use Amsoil. I used it in my '99 Ford Ranger. I did like they said, drop the filter and add a quart after 6 months. Well, when the year was up I only got 4 quarts of oil out of my engine and around that time I noticed a rattle that was developing. Well, I stopped using Amsoil after that. Using that oil turned my Ranger's engine from a very sweet running engine into a rattletrap that sounded like it was going to blow the valvecovers off at any moment.
For that reason, Amsoil can kiss my butt. I trust Yamaha, I dont trust Amsoil.
