Bracebridge-North Bay-Sudbury-Parry Sound trip

Greetings:
We are looking to book a trip in late January to ride from Bracebridge and go to Parry Sound up to Sudbury, across to North Bay and back down again to Bracebridge. Just curious if anyone knows how long this will take and any suggestions on hotels to stay at, etc.
There will be four of us and we are all fairly aggressive riders.
Any trip routes would be greatly appreciated.

The trails around The Sound are a little rough, but they are rideable. We've made some little detours through the bush, but procide with caution. Dec 28th before the big thaw we went from Parry Sound to Sprucedale and the Seguin Trail was descent, but again use caution. There were a couple spots that could easily put somebody in the shitt. Its been cold lately so most of the washouts have froze, but there has not been enough snow to fill them in, so they are still there.
