can anyone tell me if they have ever had there clutch faces machined for overdrive on a 02 viper and if so how well did it work. thnks!!!!

Sorry Turbo Herb, I don't know anyone, but I was just looking though the latest Bender Catalog and they have a new Overdrive Clutch system for all Yamahas. It looks pretty trick and sound like it's the answer for any of us looking to get improved punch out of the hole and better top end. Just an idea for you to check out. I'm taking a serious look at this for my 02' Viper.

if you have a after market helix or stock one that been milled down it will over drive under the right conditions . the over drive kits eat up belts and your belt alinement
