With bender triples & can. Ported cylinders. clutch work. shaved heads.
What is the most hp you can get out of this?
Or what is the most hp you might see if you did not bore it but did anything you could? pipes heads reeds carbs work ported...ect.ect

I've heard of some that were in the 150 hp range with trail safe jetting.

Is it possible to get 160 or 170?

Possibly with pipes built more towards racing and very aggressive porting, but this wouldn't be a very good all around machine.
I know a guy in northern sweden made a dyno 163 dyno hp still 700cc dont know which porting or anything.
