i've got myself a 1999 redheaded 600 triple SX.
got a nice deal on it with 5,500 miles, i've been riding it all season and i LOVE IT.
i installed a bender clutch kit bender weight transfer rods and 144 studs, i also did the reed stopper notch.
over all it runs AWESOME,i've now got 6,000 miles on it and i'd never know it.
this summer i planned on rebuilding it.
would it be worth it to convert it to a 700 (im tired of my 700 buddies)
meaning 700 parts from the crank up? or are the cranks different?
i'd also like to install a longer track rail extensions and a totally diffferent rear suspension (somethign better) and a bigger lug if at all possible.
i love these triples and i never want them to leave, hopefully everyone can help me with this one..
any input is appreciated!
ride on!

Change the topend to get a 700. You will need to get into the clutches for the extra displacement and hp. Get a SC111, M10 or a Mono 136. Eight tooth drivers for a larger lug and a set of pipes to really pull away from your buddies. And last deep pockets to pull all the cash your gonna need to do all that.

cheaper just to pu an SRX...it is all there for the taking and cost less then changing yours to a 700..
