Does anyone know the cable setting for the ovation oil pump? Do you measure the slack at the carb?

my 84 srv is 25mm or 1 inch.yes measure slack at the carb. don't know if that helps.
Thanks for the reply but I would prefer to get the specific setting to be sure, went to the dealer and they don't have a clue any idea where I could find out?

i was looking it up for you but all i can find is that the setings are in your owners manual if you don't have one try to locate one. the only other thing i can find out is that it is in the pump its self .there are marks on the in side where the cable go's in but don't know if it is set at wot or not. what is it doing ? if it is pumping too much oil the pump might have failed.
