Sx 700 jetting and thermostat question

What is stock jetting size in 97 Sx 700..and also do these have a thermostat in them?

stock jetting, as delivered,(300-1700') had a #45 pilot, needle in the #3 position, fuel screw set at 1.5 turns out, mains were #1 145, #2,#3 143.8.

although it looks like there should be a t-stat in there, they didnt use one.
