has any one out there in viperland ever had a problem with there handlebar and thumb warmers, they kinda work but its like there luke warm. i've had it to the dealer and he changed the stater with no change.is there any common problems i might trace down. my buddy has a venture and his will absolutly cook my hands. my sled is an 02 viper . 
do you have those Aluminum bar ends?? on your sled.

no, i have the factory grips . haveya got any great ideas? is there a way to test the voltage regulater for the warmers. also the thumb and grips seem to be equally ,lets say cool.???????
I would check the voltage at the grips and warmers, then check to see if the resistance is good, if both check out then you may have other problems.
