I start With Heelcliker

#1 The weight is calculated with the bolt ??

#2 When you utilize a long bolt it's not a bolt come in with the kit ??

#3 And can utilize any washer because I don't have enough washer to put the weight I would.

you can use any bolt or washer that fits, as long as the 3 weights have the same bolts and washers. The long bolts he's talking about don't come with the kit. I just installed one this weekend. I went to the Super Torquer website and downloaded the Yamaha instructions (I had a used kit with poor instructions) and that helped clarify things for me, as did this site. The weights you have are not like mine. The heel on mine doesn't move. Heel Clicker weights start out at approx 10 grams more than stock because of the heel. If you have all the bolts and washers that came with the kit, you should have more than enough. My stock 01 SRX with the red HC spring only needed 3.3 grams in the tip (small bolt only) and the small bolt and 6 washers in the heel. I don't think it's 100% yet, but very close. When you install them, swing them out and make sure that the heel washers aren't getting caught on the outside edge of the clutch. I had to grind the clutch a bit to correct that.
 
Just getting back from my trip

1-yes weight is calculated W/ the bolt and washers

2-No the long bolts dont come W/ the kit I was able to go to the hardwear store and buy some longer stainless steel bolts and also bought the washers.

3-As far as the washers go you need smaller sized washers, You need to be carful on the heel because if the washers are too big they will contact the rollers, and on the middle and tip when you use washers just swing the arms out to check for clearance on the spider.
 
As far as my testing this weekend goes I was limited. The conditions were terrible. The lakes had a foot of snow W/ 3 inches of water between the ice and snow also we had a thaw that turned everthing int snirt. Also I wasen't able to change out to the green yamha secondary spring and the new 50/36 bender helix as they didn't arrive before I left.

The setup I was able to try was:

PRIMARY
H/C red spring
15.6 rollers
6.4 heel weight
noting in the middle
5 on the tip

Secondary
47/43 bender helix
white yamaha spring wraped at 20lbs

-Engaugement is 4000
-top rpm 8000 (low)
-steady rpm climb to 8000rpm
-both clutches just slightly warm
-top speed 90 on the lakes but that is W/ terrible conditions
-it was awsome in the tight stuff

I'm pretty sure they will bang against the rollers when the clutch slams together.
