Does anyone have dimensions and or access to some measurements for the ad bovin front lift kit? I keep doing searches and am not gettting any results. I was wanting to either make or purchase some of these items... my drop brackets have made my and my sleds into snowplows...

you mean the kit that makes the front end unequal radius rods? I have a set not mounted on a sled I can measure if needed. hope it helps

I was actually just wanting a pic of the brackets to lift the front end, change the position of where the shock mounts... but its not a big deal... I ve got something else in the works...

You've got my ears perked up here, let me know what you find or what you got in the works, I am having the same snowplow issues you are.

Would this bracket simply raise the shock height bringing the nose of the sled up? Wondering if this would affect the way the rear suspension works. If you find theses brackets please post your findings.

Youre guess is as good as mine. I know my 00 SXR does not have any mounts I can flip to raise the height of the front. It goes back to stock saturday if nothing comes up... I am starting to wonder why my sled refuses to transfer and jump all over hell upon acceleration.

so you ae looking for more transfer on acceleration? I think the drop bracket you are thinking are for the low travel front end. how loose are your limiter straps?

sno-tek sold a bracket to mount your shocks in three different hole locations, this would allow the front to be raised in relation to the back, but if your in powder you want the front skis short and the back to be able to dig down and float the front up on the snow....

you may want to cosider a transfer stap and eliminate you rods this gives the sled the squat back you may be looking for, mountain performance sold them and a few members on here have them do a search....

i have the bovin kit brand new i never put on my sled for sale if you want it , i will try and dig it out but all it does is change the suspension arm ratio and something with the sway bar to act stiffer i believe....CP

Like GSPlucky said the rear suspension needs to be adjusted now that you've raised the front. Otherwise all the weight is on the skis.

Dude Ive tried it all... I tried to adjust it, and I cant get it right. Ive got the limiter straps loooooose. To my dismay, still rides like a brick and hops all over. Nothing is bound.

what have you done to your sled so far? list off any and all modifications to the sled, a picture from the side lifted, settting on its own weight as well as sitting with you on the sled. All this will help to figure out your issue.

The only thing done to it that has to do with suspension is CB drop brackets. All the rest is stock. I have BETHEVIPER's set up printed off and in my toolbox. I have followed it to a T... Still a snow plow...
