I have a 96 Bravo for the Grand kids, It will only start if I pull the plug and give it some gas in the plug hole! Once it has been started it will then start first pull all day! Compression is 145, good spark, and carb is clean, new jets!

I think these sleds have an impulse like from crankcase to fuel pump, check that for cracks, leaking air.

Choke isn't working properly. Plunger stuck? plugged? out of adjustment??
It should have a butterfly carb with a float bowl. Easy carbs to work on. I would pull it, clean it and get everything set. Should be good to go after that.

what about the primer? if u prime it 3 or 4 times and it still dont start thats not normal for a bravo. id start by checking all the hoses going to the carb and fuel pump and look for any disconnected or cracked tubes
might be time for a fuel pump rebuild as the check valve might be leaking down over a few days.

This year Bravo is bettter than the old. Carb system isn't as others here think. It is much simpler. Just like the 300/340 twins. No primer stock (unless it was added), not a pumper carb like earlier versions of this engine. Much better.
Bad impulse hose = no pump fuel.
No pump fuel = no fuel in carb.
No fuel in carb = will not start OR run.....
Things arn't adding up here... Back track and double check.
These sleds are not that hard.
If it runs with a shot to get it going, sounds like a choke issue to me.
