the two on the fron clutch side have broke off in the block, i tore down most of the motor so i could angle it up to try and reverse drill the bolt out. ended up braking the drill bits in the block. looks pretty narled up now.
any ideas???

You may want to cut your losses and check the salvage yards for a used lower case half. Once you breaK a bit off in a bolt it's nearly impossible to retrieve it without doing more damage than good. Good Luck.
before purchasing a lower half, I would pull the motor and take it to your local tool making shop (machine shop) and have it burned out with an edm machine. This basically just spot burns the drill bit out so you can retap the original threads. Drill bits are hard and continuos drilling and picking will only destroy the material around it. Good luck!
