the motor tends to load up and smoke alot if its not wide open.. i put the stock jets back in the carbs from when it had triple pipes on it and cleaned them. is there more adjustments that could be changed.. im not to good with carbs, only know how to clean them lol. and also whet through a full tank of oil with little over one tank of gas.. i know thats not right. just bought the sled for my girlfriend and shes not wide open like i would be so it loads up alot..

What are the Jet sizes? Stock is 145 - PTO and 143.8 on the others. With needles in the middle and both washers below the needles. The stock pilot is 45. Is there a riser on the handlebars?

thats the jets i put back in it. and there is a 2 inch riser on it

OK. Make sure the cable is not pulling the oil pump wide open when you turn hard. I put a 2 in riser on last year and started using alot of oil, even though most have no problem, my cable was pulling the pump open when I turned hard. I added Mountain Max cables this year and oil consumption is back to normal.
