Electrical HELP

I have a 2001 SXR 700 and with the high beam lights on the sled runs rough and all lights flicker and go dim. Last season I installed the updated fuse & wiring assembly for this problem. Is it possible that it could be the fuse assembly again or some other problem. Any help would be appreciated

my 01 sxr has been updated with the new relay and started to act up again this year. i tested the new relay and it is fine. checked the stator and it turns out it is faulty. i even tested it against a buddies 01 sxr and mine is kaput. the sled still runs but will not handle the load of the high beams, with one bulb in, and on bright it works, but with two bulbs in, it will not. the brights are about half as bright as the dims are. that was my first indication of something more.

Found the problem. Wiring was shorting out on exhaust with hood closed.
