After lots of motor and carb problems a think I have every solve but I have a pretty big hesitation or bogg when I jam the throttle while idling.
After reading alot of posts I am thinking it may need a needle adjustment. Still havent taken anything apart but I am pretty sure how to adjust it.
Question is what position should i move the clip and washer to?
Everything is still set as it came from the factory.

Okay..... First things first.
If you nail the throttle from an idle your needles dont have anything to do with it...
You'll need to look at the pilot circuits and jets, thinking of this, have your carbs been cleaned this year?
If your sled bogs it means it is lean and if it hesitates(launches but takes a moment to clear) that menas it is to rich. When you come to a stop from riding does your idle come down right away? Under normal acceleration does it run fine?? Also is your sled warmed to operating temp before you try to punch the throttle, if your sled is cold of course it will bog. These are all factors of what the root cause may be, for example if you start to accelerate normally and your sled bogs you may have an issue with the clutch engaging to quickly causing your bog or there is the other possibility of the carbs being dirty.

Thanks for the info. Carbs are very clean. Havnt had a chance to go for a long ride yet. Maybe it just wasnt warmed up enough yet. Just wanted too make sure I wouldnt do any damage if I go for a longer ride with the sled right now.
This thing is giving me a headache. I dont trust it and I am hesitant to go for any distance on it and am afraid to damage the engine again. Maybe I am worring t much.
