Hi All;
Just replaced the belt to start off the new season... What would cause it to scream (Screech) when I slow down to a full stop... At idle it is ok, but when I get going again, it starts to make a racket all over again. Too tight, too loose???

where does your belt sit in the secondary when you come to a stop. If it is riding out the top you need to remove washers from the secondary. they are on the back. If it is sitting level or just below, you need to align your clutches. Maxdlx

I will check. The shims, are they inside the secondary or the ones on the back that push it out!

there are 3 of them on the back side of the secondary, they take a 8mm wrench to get off. try taking 1 washer off of each if it has them. Maxdlx
