2004 sxr into a 97 sx

Will a 2004 sxr work in a 1997 sx vmax. Will the 97 electronics, carbs etc work?

I'd say your right. I think the last year they made a sx600r was '03.

I was just going by the add on the for sale page. Don't think we need a new motor after all - have another post going trying to figure out my problem.
