It's raining like crazy here right now and what little is left of the snow is melting away :(
It was a short winter for me, as I just got this thing running right last week. Still needs some clutching work but I have all summer to get it done.
Anyway, I took a couple crappy videos riding the enticer around the back yard.. Not near as cool as the turbo SRX but it's the first snowmobile I've ever owned and gotten this deep mechanically into, and I'm kind of proud of myself for getting it to run as good as it does!

Enjoy!

clutching??

Why would you need to do the clutching its a 250 not a SRX 700 LOL. these are so neat i wish i didnt sell mine.

haha yeah well at the moment I can't afford a 700 SRX and this is my first snowmobile so I am gonna get it to run right and ride the p*ss out of it so that way when I do get a new, incredibly nice snowmobile, I know how to ride it and maintain it..
And I'm not gonna do anything with the clutching other than stock.. Unless I start racing vintage but then I'm not even sure I'd want to run a 250

..it's all a learning process

Good job... sounds like it runs nice! I am building a "long travel" '78 ET 250 for my boy right now. Gonna have to do the Mikuni swap because there is no way in the world to keep a Keihin diaphram carb clean and running right with this wonderful ETHANOL crap fuel we have to use these days! You don't live too far away... probably an hour or so. And yes, this winter has sucked big time!

Sounds like a fun project! I'd like to see some pics/info on the "long travel" mod.. I'm assuming rear suspension swap. I posted a video not too long ago of a ET250 with an upgraded rear suspension and a polaris 600 triple motor in it. Granted, it would be cooler with a yammie motor..

So if all goes well I might be taking this thing trail riding this weekend... Kinda nervous that something is gonna break but hey it's better than sitting at home and not being able to ice fish or fish from a boat or do yard work cuz of all the SNOW we got! Best case it runs like a champ and I get to have all kinds of fun following my buddy with twice the motor/sled as me haha
