anyone know if the is a system out there or kit to turn a carb 2 cyl 2 stroke engine to a fuel injection engine?

Nothing in a full "kit". They do have parts, ECU, Ign box. It would cost more then a new sled to make one and then get it to work right. In the end no gain from good carb setup

A microsquirt will do it, and for not alot of $$$.

Installation is relatively easy, and it is relatively cheap. The hard part is tuning the thing. You absolutely need experience tuning an EFI system before using this, or take it to an engine tuner to get a good baseline done. (its more than a fuel pressure regulator, you need to build the base map for timing & fuel.)

Not really a kit. It's $400 just for the ECU. You will have to make your own throttle bodys and fuel rail, add injectors, map, tp, stator or trigger system.. Then fab in a fuel pump, fuel pump realy, wiring, fuel regulator, battery. Add a bunch of dyno time. You will need more then one base map, it has to start cold and not take out pistons, then best perf at temp map..then everything changes by pipe temp on two stroke, endless
IMO, long way from relatively cheap or easy. A stock carb is cheap and easy
