what does this mean?
Jetting is not required before temps plunge below 0f? )-18C does this mean that at +1F, or -17c you can run the sled at WOT without burning down?
Will the sled burn down at lets say -13f at 0-100m (0-300ft).
I've always heard that those triples are unsensitive to temp changes, but is this to challenge your luck?
I've heard that you can run on the pilots when the main jets are lean. From what rpm to which rpm do you run on the pilots, when do the mains take over?

Stock jetting is good to as cold as I have ever seen!! Most guys run 142.5 mains & still good at -20. The pilots actually contribute about 5% of mid-range & hi speed fuel supply.

Have you taken into consideration our low altitude? 0-300 ft?
I see that the 142,5 jetting is good for -02f at 3300-5500 ft..

pilots are used from idle to under half throttle....then the mains kick in .....why do you want to change your jetting?

After messing around jetting my 2000 MM700 3 times when I went to the mountains and back, I had enough. I installed Holtzmans Vari-Flow and temp gauges because I didn't believe it would work. I ride at 1600 in North Dakota, 6000 feet in South Dakota and 8000+ in the mountains and this thing is spot on. I installed the new style on my wifes MM and one on my son-inlaws 2004 Mountain Viper, spot on. Just like the Ronco Grilling machine (just install it and forget the jetting)
