I have a mountain viper and I was thinking about spending the $$$ to buy some simmon skis. I was wondering if anyone has any mountain / boondocking experiance with the Gen III simmons skis? I just wanted to see what the consensus is.
I believe the Gen III's were just released last year. I run Gen II's on my Apex and absolutely love them. I would think the Gen III's would work very well on a mountain viper.
I think I'll give them a try. I can only loose money and time right!

I run the gen. 1's and there the best all around ski I've ever used! I believe the length and centers are the same for all with the outer wings being wider for more lift in the powder on the gen. 2 and 3.

got a set of genIII's on a turbo nytro and they are pretty aggressive. especially for a trailing arm chassis. imho go with the gen 1's
