Better yet post it on here, As i am also interested. Thanks
if i had the skills to post it, i would have. would saved myself 2 stamps and 2 envelopes, ha,ha.

maybe those on the recieving end have the ability to post it up. sorry, self proclaimed putertard here.

I have two 600 srx boxes sitting in a drawer in the garage. They would both like a new home. I know that my 780 motor liked the extra midrange timing.

I beleive the 10 BTDC = 0 means the graphs are only showing the advance/retard curve based on a baseline starting point of 10 degrees which is indicated by the 0 on the left side of the graph.
This means you have to add 10 to the numbers on the left side of the graph to determine what the actual timing advance is in degrees before top dead centre.

can a 98/99 srx 600 cdi be used on a 2000 srx 700 with a wire harness change?

No.

the flywheels are differnt for the old 175 watt system vs the 2000-02 300 watt system.

the easiest way is to use a offset keyway to add more timing.

Yes! Looks like a 2 degre key will do about the same job as that 600 cdi on the 00-02.
I will try it on my -00 anyway.

Thanks to madzx2 for posting the charts, very good info!!

Re: Cdi

any benefit to adding this 600 cdi to a stock 700 performance wise? other then the reeds and clutching? thanks
