MR SLED: would it be doable to perhaps create a sticky thread, or in the tech section, where users could upload the service manuals for all things yamaha for those that dont have it?
MrSled said:I could add a service manual upload area... as long as we can get a few to start... you have a few?
super1c said:Not to start another fire but if this is done might want to keep it in the VIP section. A very wise member here once reminded me of how important it is to earn somthing like a manual around here. Keeps the one hitters honest. Just an opinion! Ever since then this is somthing i have followed and passed on to others as it was to me. Chris

MrSled said:I like that idea but maybe guys should start a thread and we should see how many we will get before we add a forum... test the waters.
snomofo said:Please excuse my ignorance; but if the slide is coming out of a track window in the rear, how does one turn the track (either by hand or with the throttle)?
...and if this can be achieved, wouldn't you turn the track in the forward direction to spit the slide out the rear rather than revearse?
What am I missing?
tippmannator said:tried to create a thread in the VIP general area, but the pdf service manual files are to big to upload this way. thoughts?
sorry, dont mean to hyjack.
super1c said:I could be wrong but i think he is saying that with the slide sticking out the window and bliping the throttle in reverse it will peel it off the rail like a banana peel. Kinda like when the skid is off and instead of sliding them off with a hammer and chisel i just pry the end up and pull the slide off like a banana peel.
snomofo said:Ah, I see. So the track acts like the slide portion of a zipper and pulls the hyfax over the rail instead of off the end. Kinda cool.
Thanks Super.
Try it now. I raised the size limitations.
