sx500r track noise??

my 2000 Yamaha sx500r has noise comming from the track/ drive cog. when i spin the track when lifted there is a lot of clunking noise. i was wonderin is the track to lose or to tight???

It sounds like its the rail ends clicking on the track clips. If thats it its normal and hard to pinpoint unless u know what your looking for.
