You can remove the rubber seals off the sides very carefully and clean and repack them w/ grease then put the seals back in. That will help w/ lubrication but if the "wobbly" from wear you'd be better off replacing them. I got 8 6205's on ebay for $14.95 shipped. When you search just plug the bearing number and bearing into the search. There are bearings listed all over not just under snowmobile parts. GIL

If you live in the Twin Cities area you can also get bearings at Motion Industries. They might have more than one location, but I get all my bearings from their Roseville shop. Very reasonable prices.

good options thanks,i only took one wheel off so far and theres some kind of plastic over the bearing, maybe the rest are normal, its the two outer wheels in the back i should be fixing anyway

yea those ones were my main concern so i popped off a rail wheel to take a quick look if they had the same bearing setup as my other sled,i have plenty of parts for that around, then i seen i cant even get to em,nice,oh well thanks

just got done btv'in my rear suspension.i couldnt fix any of the outer wheels so i just replaced em with some exciter ones ihad.the rear ones went right on while the idlers required a little cleaning up to the inside bearing to fit over the spacer.then i added a spacer behind the bearing to make up the difference in width, pretty easy and now there all good

I can buy bearings direct from National / Federal Mogul. I can check the price on the wheel bearings , If I can get a good deal on a small qty , is anyone interested in a a set ? I'd charge you cost plus actual UPS shipping.
