98 SRX Hauck Clutch Questions

I have some Hauck Clutch parts out of a 98 SRX. Pics here. Few questions:

Will these parts work on my viper?
Is the set up for speed or quickness?
What is it all worth?

Same setup in my sled... Lots of low end, little light up top. Fun in the trails back shift could be better.
