Looking to put a 136" track/kit on my SX. Any suggestions brand/company/website? Can I add a long track without changing clutching? Whats the largest paddle on can put on it? Thanks for the input all!

i did the wifes sled back in 99 to a 141. at that time, i used hartman's setup(hartmaninc.com)
i used a 2" track and dropped the drivers from 9t to 8t. at that time, i made no clutching or gearing changes but hartman may offer a different opinion.
i have since done several mods to that sled as it passed down through my family and today that thing still rips.
of the several aftermarkets i used to use prior to doing my own, hartmans has always been by far the best fit and finish. his instructions are clear, and i cant say enough about his customer support.
there are also some added tricks depending on what your desired end result is for that sled.

Yes I like dealing with them. They seem like they know what they are talking about, and are always pleasant to deal with.

Both are just fine. The Hartman kit is ALL inclusive. Absolutely everything ya need.
Last weekend I put a 136 kit from tracks usa on my girl friends 99 sx 600 with a 1.5 inch paddle track. I thought the kit was ok but wasn't to impressed. To fit the 1.5 inch track you need to remove the plastic tunnel protectors.
Also, last weekend me and my buddies put hartmans 144 kit with a 2 inch paddle track on a 98 srx. I was very impressed with this kit. Everything you needed and more came with the kit. The directions were clear as day. And in the end everything bolted up great. The hardest part with this kit was getting the drivers off and on. Make sure you have a hydrolic press there is no other way of putting the drivers on I am telling you.
If I had to do it over I would have went with the hartmena 136 kit. The only reason I didnt was because my buddy with the srx had the 136 kit on when he bought the sled. He wanted the 144 kit so it was free. Also, my girl friend needed a new track for the sx 600 anyway so I figured what the hell mid as well extend the track. I also got one hell of a deal for a track on ebay 170 dollars for a very lightly used track no lugs missing at all.
My advice buy from Hartman he is a very good dude very easy to deal with and will help you if you have any problems.
