These are the most recent pics I have. There really arent any plastic bushings in these rear skids so just rip it apart and clean and grease all of the shafts really well... Replace all of the plastic spring blocks and put new shocks in. I put a kimpex gold gas shock in the back and that seems to have made the difference. If you want, I can dig up the parts list with the actual Yamaha part numbers for what you need but it would take me until tomorrow.
I tore mine right down to the slide rails and started from ground one. completely went through everything.
Back in the sled and ready to rock.. had to set the rear spring blocks to the SOFTEST settings cause it was too stiff for my 195 lbs. and still is. Front is on the middle setting with an oil shock. (Dont mind my race bike by the house) haha
As far as limiter straps goes, I'm running the rear in the longest position and running without a front strap for now. I had to remove the front strap to get the skid to sit level on the ground after the front end swap from leaf springs. Yours, let the rear all the way out to the last hole and adjust the front for the ski pressure you want.
