OK...finally found the time to get back on it yesterday. Should be finishing it up today. The track is on and the chain case is back together. Was no biggie really. Thanks again for the help so far guys.
All that is left to do is put some chain case oil back in it and re-install the suspension.
You will want to re-align the new track also... Spin it over some, then check to make sure the distance on your rear idler wheels to a fixed point on the track is the same.
