2008 Nytro Skid in 2000 MM

I found a new skid off an 08 Nytro 153 and was wondering if it would be a direct bolt in on my wifes 00 mountain max?

Not a direct bolt in... you will have to drill new holes.

How is the progress going on this? Looking to do the same thing to mine. I can get a 153 skid for a descent price that needs a little bit of work to make it useable.
