problem solved
Well guys today I went out and figured this out.I checked for vacuum leaks with starting fluid around the carbs and there was none.Next I put my carbs back on with the following specs AIR JETS 1.0,FUEL SCREWS 2.5,NEEDLES #3 POSITION,MAIN JETS 148.3,147.5,147.5,PILOT JET 57.5.My lean bog was gone at engagement,It was only half gone when I snap the throttle at idle.I than changed my air jets to .8. The lean bog now is so small at idle the average guy would not even know it is there. It may be due to mixed gas.My elevation is 2200 feet and this is an a red head tripple that has canister bored, peak head 21cc chambers, race logic porting, boost bottle, bored carbs, and air box mod.
