Looking for some advise here guys....
I have gone through the carb and fired the Exciter with success. This sled has not ran for several years according to the previous owner. I just acquired it a couple months ago and want to make sure I cover all the bases.
It acts like the primary is stuck as it does engage up to 4000 rpm. I didn't figure I needed to rev it past that. Runs great though!
I'm assuming that the clutches will need to come off and get worked on.
Any ideas of what I should look for or do to get this bad boy up to snuff?
Also, what should the engagement be at for this sled in stock form?
