I ordered the race logics templates. Looking them over I notice that the main exhaust port gets wider and taller, closer the the head, which is what I expected. It also makes the two auxilary exhaust ports wider and taller as well, which makes sense, it is just going to be a pain getting the tool in there.
The question I am wondering is for the intake side. It looks like it wants me to cut a "relief" in the skirt of the bore like my 600 cylinders are set up, I am assuming for better flow from the crank case to the ports but I am still skeptical of cutting out that much cylinder without at least seeing what people here think.
I probably explained this horribly and I don't have any pics yet to illustrate. I will take some tonight and post them, but I figured you porting guys would have an idea from my description.
