When I joined TY some 6 years ago one of my first posts was about the problems I was having with cracking the slide rails on my 2 sleds.
I just got done replacing the set on my wife’s 95 600 again. This machine is ridden exclusively by her and she is NOT an aggressive driver so I don't why they keep cracking.
I was able to get a good set of used rails from spdfrk125 (thanks)
This time I added some reinforcements to the spots that keeps cracking in the hopes that I won’t have to do this again.

The avatar is me on mine and that does help explain why mine cracked but hers has me scratching my head?
It does have 2 sets of extra wheels on the front to keep the slides from wearing out and I was going to take them off until I got this used set of rails from spdfrk125, and he ran them with the same extra wheel kits for over 6K without any problems.
