i'm doing a resto on a 86 for my nephew.we are throwing a poliars ex-10 in it & cleaning it up.my buddy did a complet rebuld on motor.i will try to put up some pics whene done.plus trying to get to mine some time to do the 136!.snow will be here in no time crap- :o| .don't :letitsnow too soon. :yam: like :bling:

thanks i have been busy lately w/ work & all but me & hem are doing some work onit.just getting it going for the snow for right now & maybe next yr do some painting.but it will cleand up w/ some wax.try get some pics on soon.
 
Me & nephew been working on the sled.taken the secondary apart & some duma$$ had it at 110%-A-4 wow unbelieveabl.went w/ B-2= 60%.but getting close should have the supsuspension in today did a little rebuild on that thing.idle bearings & shock the little things.plus i found my gears from my 85-vmax i had longe time ago top-16 bot-35 great lowend w/ piston portreed.he is going to freak when rides this thing.should be done this week sumtime.pics coming soon. :yam: like :bling:
 
need SNOW

we gotter all done & yea no snow :o| .he took it over my brothers house more land & he did frickout he got to ride my sons 98 srx last yr & thought being 86 there was a BIG difference will there is a little but the V-M does run good.my brother road it & said that it carried the skis about 8 to 10ins off the ground & now he is hooked because he useto have one long time ago.those old yammys are BAD #$%&* ;)!nothing has changed since 1976 w/ the srx&v-m well may be the 80srx but 1 outof 20 plus yrs isn't bad ;)! .i will get sum better pic's in the snow when the #$%&* gets here.SO :letitsnow ..... :yam: like :bling:
 
i went through and cleaned it up a bit added some coolant and oil since it hasnt run in 2 years and fired her up. she runs strong like a beast ;)George made a monster out of it :-)

my nephew moved to illinois in 2012 i think so i have not seen the sled.& barley see him.he hasn't road it cent's 2011 because of work.i hate that 4 letter word.
