viper suspension

I have an 03 viper er. Ran about 650 miles on it last year. The suspension was kind of rough in the rear. I ride kind of hard. I haven't changed anything on it from the factory settings. Any suggestions to make it a little less back breaking?

I am not sure what setting you have the 3 position in, but if you move it up a notch you may find more comfort---This is an easy little test.
It may be to soft, but at least it gives you an idea. tinker from that point
