rear inside bogie wheels

hey fellas, just put my mm back.together with.a new track. I pulled the rear axle out n put her back together. now my inside bogie wheels look like they are binding. track is.stright. my question, does it matter what way the wheels go on axle. if they are spaced differently then I gotta tear down m fix. do the bearing callors go on the inside facing eachother or out facing the inside of the rails???? thx guys. also where can I get the track tentioners that.go on axel that.the lock nut threads onto? the brass lookin part that the axle goes thur
 
is yours the 4 wheel set up or just three? either way, the inside wheels dont care which way they go as they are symmetrical. what does matter is the spacer orientation and the location of the washers.

the washers are placed on each side of the adjuster bracket mounted on the rail. the inner wheels are spaced to run in between the track lugs. if your arent, the spacers are wrong or the alignment of the track is off.

i have used adjusters.
 
k thx. ill look st washer placement but I think its as u drscribed. ill look n get back to ya on yhe ajustrrs. thabks for the info...
