I don't think its the reeds, this problem was happening at the end of last season and I had the carbs off a month ago for their yearly cleaning and I inspected the reeds while I had them off. I could have missed it though.
I'm thinking it has something to do with the power valves. Maybe I set them wrong or the servo is going haywire. Next time I drive it around I'll take off that little cover and see if I can see a correlation.

Will a TORS off a 600 twin work on a 700 triple? They look identical. Mine is bypassed, so I could ride. I will feel safer when fixed!!
