Gauge Swap Question

Hello, I have a 98 SX 700 and would like to swap the one solid gauge to the dual round design, what sleds did these come on that also have the sx style headlight? I think all I will need is the black housing and the gauges of course, but what about my plugs, do they match up?

99 SX & 98 SRX are a couple of them.

So they will just plug in. But you have to use twin to twin and triple to triple right?

You may want to investigate the sx500 for '99 up (I think) to see if the wiring is similar so that when you swap the gauges that you don't run into a headache wth wiring or the gauges not working... Thstorms had this very issue... Research a thread "help gauges don't work"

I did this swap on my sx triple. Have no idea where gauges came from but i just wired up to my harness. Cut plug off old gauge pod and spliced into gauges. Pretty simple really. a wiring schematic is very helpful. I have a clymer service manual which is very helpful for everything.
