track adjustment?

i just put in a new used track on my viper. i think the specs say somthing like 1"-1 1/4" at 20 pounds. but do i measure in the middle wher it is already sagging? it has about an 3/4" of sag as it sits with no weight. so should i just add a 20 pound weight in the middle and loosen it up till i get to 1 1/4"?

Take the distance measurement in line with your weight (point of largest distance)
