Just picked up a new pair of the acerbis blue and white with mounts for 30.
I owe half to you picture and half to my weak attempt at a mid life crisis. Glad I got them for all this cold weather riding this year here in mn! Lol

Powderhounds were great off-trail, floated nicely, just didnt carve the hard pack the way I wanted... the Razors carve the hardpack great, could be a little better off the trail... Either of the aftermarket skis I tried were better than stockers since I didnt have to set the skid up for so much ski pressure to make it steer the way I like it, so I was able to set for more transfer.Agpetro said:How are they over shock viper skis?
Thanks, she's taken a lot of work to get to where she is now, was bone stock when I bought her with 4200 miles, has almost 8000 on her now with a lot of different parts... I'll let ya try the Powderhounds, it'll just take a few more $$ than the skid, haha, not sure you'd get the Ohlins, they are great.dsc577 said:NICE viper! i would love to try them.and the ohlins.lol

cool,i mostly ride off trail ditches or ungroomed bumpy trails around hereand usually i got my kid on so im not to worried about hard cornering,my plan is to put the stock skis on my exciter so when i get some cash ill try to see what you need for em,this sled was all stock when i got it end of last season, still havent rode it yet but those sound like what i need, actually i told my wife i bought it for her .ha ha,shes to scared to ride by herself after she bailed off on my exciter about 4 feet in the air, priceless
