According to the tech pages, the "pilot air jet" should be 1 turn out. I'm not confusing this with the idle fuel screw which is 1.5 turns out. What/where is this mysterious pilot air jet?

no the idle fuel screw is underneath the carb near the bowl.

Ohh, lemme snap a pic and see if you recognize it then.

just went and pulled one out to be sure. they are definately a fixed jet and the 1.0 is the size. some carbs adjust the air others the fuel. these yammies adjust the fuel the air is a fixed setting other than changing to a different size airjet.

Sweet. Wanted to make sure nobody had tried to get smart on my carbs, they're bone stock, all cleaned, set to spec, and ready for re-installation. Hopefully it idles tomorrow, pilots were all plugged pretty bad.
