62 degrees today

Friends of mine played golf at Rochester MN today. This is really terrible. I heard even places like Vail CO are huting for snow. Crazy weather. Depressing!!!

I'm sick of this weather, usually we've been gettin blasted with snow by now, at least the last 2-3 years anyways.
 
I've got about 180 miles total, 160 of that down in the Snowies by Laramie, WY

yep startin to agree with the blue monster's blues... fog the sleds... put em up for the season. forget about winter.. at least the sleds stay clean.. just havta dust them off from time to time.. mabey cut the losses and invest in a lawnmower with a nice big cup holder.

or we could all move to Alaska or Labrador......
 
I absolutely love sledding, I think about it all year long. Even while riding the sport bikes during the summer I am thinking (wishing) I was sledding. BUT, these unreliable, unpredictable and short winters are exactly the reason why I will not spend $10000+ to buy a new sled. This dam weather really sucks!! Without a good long deep freeze, we'll be overloaded with bugs this spring and summer.

The warm weather has all the media weather people jumping with joy. To them I say "DROP DEAD! If you want warm weather all year long, move to Mexico"
 
Same here, I dream about sledding all year, it is my big thing that I really look forward to in life and it got up to 52 here today. I'm not giving up hope yet though we are supposed to get a big storm next week hopefully.

I notice that a lot on the news and radio shows.They seem to always say things like "I hope the snow stops and it stays warm"or "I can live with winter like this and no snow"or "for some bad news,we are to get some snow overnight"
There are a lot of people not working or getting laid of here now because there is no snow,and they make a living on snow cleaning.My cousin is one of them..he is sitting home now and not earning a penny.There is one company here that said they have contracts to clean 170 parking lots in Winnipeg when it snows,now they have to lay off a lot of the truck drivers and machine operators.If you don't like the 4 seasons then move to Mexico and get shot or stabbed there like has been happening a lot there in the past few years already.
People do disappoint me and the weatherperson is the one that really gets to me..tell us the forcast and then they are totally wrong and still collect a paycheck.Now that one baffles me why they have to hire weather people for a newscast.They could just post it on the board for us to see and carry on..gees!
