Put 130 mile on in gaylord. Had a jackshaft bearing fail after the first 30 #$%&* :o| Video of buddys to the rescue http://youtu.be/BZ3z-FFXQlQ Mom pop sled shop in gaylord had it fixed in an hour or so ;)! ;)! . My clutch is from a poo 600 fuji. Gold spring 10 m5 weights 49 grams. I was over reving to 8400. So just ordered some 10 al weight 53 grams.

Heres a video of how it was engaging with stock poo setup. seemed mint just over reving.http://youtu.be/heLrelSjoIY (thats the stock can)

I' post a new video when weights come in the mail. I also just put on a mbrp race can. The kackle is awsome ;)! So some before and after noises. I could tell its more responsive with can. (reving in garage) buds just laugh

Was sledding with poo 600 twin and trip, skidoo 700 and poo 800r. my old 600 seemed to have more rip than all but the 800r. Doo had a spent track. Had 1 almost even race with the 800 to about 70. His was loading up.Good times anyways :2strokes:

1 more thing. Peeps always saying how bad theses 600 twins are on gas?
At 1 stop the poo 600 twin $28 in gas (guys always punching it) 700 doo 26 (chick driven) ya she was infront of me too!) , poo 800 24 and mine only $23. I was near the back most of the time.( I like to at least slow down for stop signs :bash:

Added 52 gram weights, (10 al weights are should have been 53 grams) video shows how it was engaging!3800 ish.
I was getting max rpms of 8000 now ;)! ,better but
now I think i wanna get down to 77/7800ish. Poo makes 10 56 weights (56 grams) Think I might get those now.
Reason being.
Raced mxz 600 and poo 600 ves. I beat the doo. I beat the ves 600 the first two races till he figured out how to launch some better. I would pull him till 50/60 ish then he would pull ahead. I would be at 8000 rpm while he was pulling ahead. Seems I should have been around 75-7800ish to get more mid powerband.
Fun as hell (we raced dozen times or so) ;)!
The race can helped throttle response a bunch. Seemed I had to turn idle down a touch with race can. (little leaner now maybe?) :2strokes:
