I have equal sized spacers on the 01 and am going to cut one spacer in half and add that half to the top for increased transfer. Has anyone done this?

Update I took the lower thick washer out of the bottom and added a thin one to the top and now my track has no adjustment, the adjuster nuts are all the way back and it is 1"@20lbs! Are the two related?
