I am long traveling my '99 SX 600 front and rear with Viper shocks, Venture radius rods and longer limiter straps. My question is this, do I adjust the venture radius rods to the center-to-center length that is used on a Viper? If not, what do I set them to so that I have the proper camber angles (by the way what camber angle should I set to)? Also, the stock SX chassis tie rods are too short to use with the Venture radius rods so do I have to go to Viper tie rods or can I just make a set of them myself? I have a resource at a local race shop that can make me some swagged aluminum rods so if I have them make some, how much longer should they be than the stock SX tie rods?

No worries the longer tie rods come with the radius rods you are getting from me.

Go to a hardware store and get yourself a magnetic angle finder. Stick it to your trailing arm as close to the spindle as you can. Camber should be 0-5 degrees. You can adjust the lenght of your radius rods from there.
