Was riding yesterday, and my sled started missing and popping. Pulled the plugs and determined the #2 cylinder had no compression whatsoever. Sled has over 7,000 miles. I've never messed with a 2stroke engine before... Where do I begin???

drain down the engine, bolt on pump cover that has a washer under it, I think between the pto and center cylinder.
pull head. This will give you the cliff notes on damage.
I have everything for that motor if you need something.
Did you have clean carbs and fresh gas in the tank? If not, that might have been the culprit.

Yeah, I just cleaned the jets, and had a fresh full tank of Marathon 93 octane.

hopefully the crank is still good, they like to ruin the center and mag cylinders when they go. I would enlist the help of someone who knows engines in your area to check it for you once you take it apart.
